Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be fair while protecting the intimate nature of our retreats.

• Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit reserves your space and covers planning and administrative costs.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded or applied as a credit toward a future Fem & Co. retreat, at our discretion.

​​

• Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat: Payments are non-refundable, as we are unlikely to fill your reserved space on short notice.

​​

• Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another person with prior written approval from Fem & Co.

​​

• If we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist, we may offer a partial refund or future retreat credit, less the non-refundable deposit.

​​

• In the unlikely event that Fem & Co. must cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer your registration to another retreat.

​​

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance if you are traveling to attend the retreat. Travel insurance can help protect you against unexpected illness, emergencies, weather-related disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
